Jeff Sutherlin
MBA, Associate Broker in Arizona, Navy Veteran, Over 1,200 properties sold, NLP Practitioner
Owner, Chief Architect of Growth
Jeff came from humble beginnings in Northwest Indiana, where he learned the value of hard work. In 1987, his family moved to Phoenix during his senior year of high school. After attending the University of Arizona and earning his MBA, Jeff followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfathers by serving in the U.S. Navy Reserves, while also working at Intel Corporation for seven years. He has now spent over 25 years selling real estate in the Phoenix Valley.
Since earning his license in 2001, Jeff and his team have helped clients buy and sell over 1,200 homes and commercial properties. He has been part of the ownership team of multiple brokerages, overseeing more than 30,000 transactions while mentoring and training over 2,500 agents. After becoming a licensed broker in Arizona in 2009, Jeff has consistently protected his clients’ interests—helping sellers secure top dollar and buyers find the best opportunities.
Jeff is passionate about serving others through servant leadership, a principle he applies daily. He is a sought-after speaker for organizations pursuing growth and positive change, and he continually works to elevate both the consumer experience and industry standards. This passion led him to co-found Growth Yard Coaching, where innovative strategies help business owners succeed while avoiding burnout.
He ranks in the top 1% of revenue share earners at eXp Realty, which has approximately 85,000 agents worldwide, and leads an organization of over 190 agents across the U.S. and internationally. With an MBA and certification in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Jeff combines business expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior, tailoring his coaching to each client’s unique style.
Jeff’s greatest achievement is his 32-year marriage to his wife, Alexandra, and raising their two children. He also serves as a bi-vocational pastor in Gilbert, Arizona, supporting individuals whether they are buying, selling, investing, or growing their real estate careers.
