With nearly two decades of real estate industry experience and over 10,000 hours of professional coaching under his belt, Brian Eliel is a results-driven leader passionate about unlocking the full potential of agents and brokers worldwide.

Brian launched his real estate journey in 2006 with Buffini & Company, where he quickly made a name for himself—setting sales records within his first 90 days and earning national recognition from Brian Buffini. Following the 2008 market crash, Brian was drawn to Tom Ferry’s bold, creative approach to lead generation, famously embracing the mantra: “There’s no wrong way to generate a lead.” He joined Tom Ferry International in 2012 and went on to cobuild one of the most successful sales teams in the real estate coaching industry.

Over the years, Brian broke annual revenue records, contributed to the growth of Tom Ferry’s top- tier coaching clientele, and became a trusted strategist to some of the industry’s most elite producers—many of whom now appear on the Wall Street Journal’s Top 1000 list.

Brian eventually transitioned from sales into a leadership role, mentoring the next generation of coaches while continuing to work hands-on with top-performing agents and brokers. He has been a featured guest on the Tom Ferry Podcast and is widely recognised for his sharp insights, dynamic coaching style, and proven systems for growth.

Brian holds a degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and draws on his academic background to help clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs, strengthen their mindset, and fine-tune their presentation and scripting. His coaching empowers agents not only to close more deals—but to build businesses and lives they’re truly proud of.
